Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using RentalOS, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use RentalOS for an agency or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
The RentalOS service
RentalOS provides tools for managing rental agency operations, including fleet, booking requests, clients, locations, staff, analytics and contracts. RentalOS is not a rental marketplace, payment processor or party to agreements between an agency and its clients. Public booking requests remain subject to agency review and are not automatically confirmed.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Agency owners are responsible for staff invitations, permissions and activity under their workspace. Accounts may not be shared in a way that bypasses access controls or subscription limits.
Acceptable use
You may not use RentalOS unlawfully; upload malicious or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; scrape or overload the service; misuse API credentials; or use the platform to mislead clients. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Agency data and responsibilities
Agencies retain responsibility for the accuracy and lawful use of the data they enter, the vehicles and prices they publish, booking decisions, client communications, rental contracts, required notices and compliance with applicable law. You grant RentalOS the limited permission needed to host and process submitted data to provide the service.
Plans, changes and availability
Features and plan limits may evolve. RentalOS may perform maintenance, modify or discontinue parts of the service, or suspend access for security, legal or material terms violations. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect normal use.
Disclaimers and liability
RentalOS is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every user-entered record is accurate. RentalOS is not responsible for agency rental decisions, vehicle condition, client conduct or agreements between agencies and clients. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
